Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group in Michigan is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure timely and accurate receipt, tracking, and documentation of inbound inventories, transfer orders, and shipping records. You will help maintain inventory integrity and support production and distribution operations.

Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, experience in inventory control or shipping, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in inventory control, shipping or manufacturing preferred.
• Prior experience with UPS, UPS WorldShip, and Fed Ex preferred.
• Computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and verify inbound inventories and transfer orders.
• Ensure correct shipping to locations using freight software.
• Provide the invoicing team with accurate data to bill customers.
• Support quality improvement to ensure defect-free deliverables.
• Perform Live Cycle counts as directed; report 48 hours ahead.
• Generate and monitor inventory reports and unissued materials.
