Qualified candidates have 3+ years in inventory control with supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse management, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy: Lead regular cycle counts and annual physical audits; investigate and resolve stock variances.
• Process Management: Establish standards for receiving, put-away, transfers, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to prevent shrinkage and obsolete stock.
• Systems & Reporting: Maintain ERP/WMS inventory records and track KPIs (turnover, accuracy %, carrying costs, stockout rates).
• Supply Chain Alignment: Partner with Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal safety stock and reorder points.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and direct inventory auditors and specialists.
