Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee corporate inventory control processes across bakeries and 3PLs. You will manage holds, releases, disposition, reconciliation, and inventory accountability to support timely order fulfillment and safe product flow.

You will partner with FSQA, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations, driving improvements, reducing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with systems like NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or related function.
• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing or CPG preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and project management.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate process for managing product holds, releases, and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide leadership and reporting on hold status, inventory location, disposition, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with FSQA, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and 3PL partners.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and inventory losses.
• Ensure accurate communication with 3PL partners and timely disposition.
