Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead corporate inventory holds, releases, disposition, reconciliation, and inventory accountability across bakeries and 3PL networks in a full-time role based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. You will partner with FSQA, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to improve inventory accuracy, reduce loss, and support compliant product flow.

Requires a strong background in ERP/NetSuite, 5+ years in inventory control, and a Bachelor's degree in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehousing, or related function.
Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or CPG a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate process for managing product holds, releases, dispositions, and inventory reconciliation.
Oversee daily reconciliation of hold statuses across NetSuite, 3PL systems, and reports.
Coordinate with FSQA, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and 3PL partners on inventory holds and disposition.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy and risk across bakeries and 3PLs.
