Job summary

Abacus Solution Group in the Northeast, MD area is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and audit readiness within the distribution center. You will be the site authority on inventory integrity and partner with Operations, Finance, Systems, and 3PL to drive improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, pertinent certifications, and at least five years in inventory management with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in inventory management with leadership experience.
• Experience with automation/robotics environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and governance programs.
• Lead and develop the Inventory Control team.
• Manage cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Systems, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership.
