Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Warehouse associate to coordinate material transfers, receiving, and shipping under supervision. You will ensure accurate SAP data and collaborate with various departments to maintain timely material flow.

The role may involve leading clerks in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor and performing other duties as needed. Strong basic math, PC skills, and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate Windows-based software and basic PC skills.
• Ability to read and understand visual aids and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and, when needed, executes physical and electronic transfers of materials, and supports sorting and shipping as planned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Completes receiving and shipping documents as necessary.
• Operates material transfer equipment.
• Maintains SAP data integrity per established processes for electronic material transfer.
• Interacts with other departments to ensure accurate and timely receipt, distribution, and shipment of materials.
• Leads a group of Warehouse clerks when the Warehouse Supervisor is unavailable.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
