Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking a warehouse assistant to coordinate transfers, receive and ship materials, and support daily logistics operations. The role requires accurate documentation, basic data entry, and teamwork across departments. You will operate transfer equipment and help maintain data integrity within SAP.

When the Warehouse Supervisor is away, you may lead a small team and continue critical tasks to ensure timely material flow. This is a full-time, on-site position in Florence, KY.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate physical and electronic transfers.
• Experience in receiving and shipping documentation.
• Proficient with SAP data integrity and related processes.
• Strong numeric and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to supervise a small team in absence of supervisor.
• Good PC skills and Windows-based software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and, when needed, execute transfers of materials and shipping as planned.
• Complete receiving and shipping documents.
• Operate material transfer equipment.
• Promote SAP data integrity through established processes.
• Interact with other functional areas to ensure timely material flow.
• Lead a group of Warehouse clerks when supervisor is absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
