Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred with five years' experience in Inventory Control or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for KPIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Inventory Control staff; coach in hiring process.
• Develop training curricula and mentorship for Inventory Control team.
• Set and monitor measurable goals across the team and drive continuous improvement.
