Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Control Lead I to drive daily operations within inventory control. You will guide associates and material handlers, coordinate workflow, and ensure accuracy through cycle counts and audits while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train and mentor staff, resolve discrepancies, and support cross-functional material flow. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to meet performance targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
• Good problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate workflow to meet operational requirements and deadlines.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members; monitor compliance with procedures.
