Job summary

The role emphasizes leading by example, training associates, and monitoring accuracy while driving continuous improvement.

You will track metrics, guide a team of associates and material handlers, and coordinate cross-functional work to meet operational requirements, inventory integrity, and safety

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and influence others without direct supervisory authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Monitor compliance with inventory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support material flow activities and cross-functional coordination.
