Job summary

ADUSA Transportation is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead and optimize inventory operations at our distribution campus in the United States. You will supervise supervisors and associates, align staffing with volume demands, and partner with Transportation and Shipping to ensure accurate, timely product movement.

You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while mentoring a high‑performing team and delivering measurable operational results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Excellent communication to align priorities and motivate associates.

• Experience in inventory, distribution, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and service standards.
• Lead and develop supervisors and associates within the inventory team.
• Align staffing and scheduling with inbound/outbound volume demands.
• Partner with Transportation, Shipping, and campus departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Champion safety, quality, and accountability across the operation.
