Jabil is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Lead to drive efficient operations across packaging, inventory recording, and shipping activities in our SC facility. You will manage SAP-based processes, coordinate with work cells and carriers, and mentor staff to meet cost and service targets.

Overtime may be required during quarter ends, with focus on safety and process improvements. Applicants should have a High School diploma and at least three years shipping experience, plus strong Excel and Kronos

Qualifications

• Proficient SAP skills including web shipping tools and shipping documentation.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries and present information to management.
• Ability to calculate percentages, area, circumference, and volume in a shipping environment.
• Problem solving with limited standardization and diverse variables.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all shipping and warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily shipping with work cells and carriers.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations.
• Provide daily inventory reporting and issue resolution.
• Identify cost-saving process improvements.
• Train and develop team members and supervisors.
• Ensure accurate reporting for direct reports (e.g., Kronos).
