PISTOLA Denim in Los Angeles seeks a meticulous Inventory Controller to ensure total inventory accuracy across warehouses and channels. You will own replenishment strategies, cycle counts, audits, and WIP processing to support fast-moving apparel demand.

The role bridges physical stock with digital demand, enforcing standardized workflows and timely restocks, while reducing discrepancies and stock-outs on high-velocity items.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Ability to interpret demand forecasting and stock-level data.
• Systems thinker capable of standardizing workflows across locations.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of inventory integrity across all physical warehouses and virtual locations.
• Develop replenishment strategies based on demand forecasting and oversee stock transfers.
• Analyze open orders to prioritize WIP shipments based on immediate demand.
• Design and enforce standardized workflows for put-away and cycle counting.
• Lead internal audits, discrepancies research, and movements transparency.
• Ensure 48-hour turnaround for units from receipt to shelf and prevent stock-outs.
