Job summary

The Lead Inventory Clerk position at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) oversees warehouse inventory control processes and accuracy of records, leading the physical count, reconciliation, and investigations into discrepancies.

You will provide direction to the team, train personnel, and collaborate with Warehouse Management and operations to drive timely counts, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in warehouse processes and SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team.
• Able to lift 30-75 lbs and work in a loud, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and value-add mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct activities with physical counts to ensure accurate inventory.
• Research inventory discrepancies and resolve where possible.
• Ensure inventory documentation is completed, reviewed, and filed.
• Analyze inventory trends and report findings to management.
• Train and lead inventory personnel for continuous improvement.
• Communicate process improvements to management and planners.
• Support, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results.
• Coach and develop teammates on the job.
• Implement continuous improvement methods focusing on customers and values.
• Advise management on performance matters.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
