Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Lead Inventory Clerk in Little Rock to oversee warehouse inventory control processes and accuracy.

You will lead physical counts, investigate discrepancies, ensure documentation, and drive improvements in inventory management under supervision of the Warehouse Manager. The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse systems (SAP), sharp analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coach staff in a dynamic, non-climate controlled

• Must have strong understanding of warehouse processes and SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Research inventory discrepancies and drive resolution when possible.
• Ensure inventory documentation is complete, reviewed, and filed correctly.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and report findings to management.
• Train and lead inventory personnel and drive continuous improvements.
