Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking an Automation Lead for our automated warehouse. You will assist with case-picking, sorting, and directing teammates to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading computer instructions, teamwork, and adaptability to noisy, non-climate controlled conditions. Minimum 1–3 years of related experience supports your ability to contribute immediately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions from the computer screen.
• Ability to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate VPS Vertique Picking software with competence.
• Troubleshoot simple conveyor malfunctions.
• Maintain understanding of package dimensions, descriptions, and SKUs.
• Direct work on the floor to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in housekeeping duties in machines and warehouse.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
