Job summary

McLane seeks an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory levels across the Hebron center and drive procurement activities aligned with historical data and future requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years of grocery procurement experience. You will work with MBIS and merchandising systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support growth initiatives across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related major.
• At least 3 years of prior grocery procurement experience.
• At least 1 year of prior procurement management.
• Transportation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and proficiency on merchandising systems such as DCS2000, SSYO, or INFOPAC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Manage reclamation processes and coordinate with third party staff and departments.
• Address data feed timing concerns and MBIS-related issues across organizations.
• Maintain systems stability and resolve issues through testing and implementation.
• Participate in development meetings and user testing; drive project end-to-end.
• Support merchandising and divisions with inventory pick-ups for new business.
