Responsibilities

• Act as liaison in the inventory tracking system (Infor ERP).
• Optimize inventory control procedures and processes.
• Create locations for new inventory and manage obsolescence programs.
• Lead parts room operations and coordinate with the parts room supervisor.
• Prepare reports for adjustments and problem-solving analytics.
• Improve parts flow for efficiency and safety.
• Prepare for physical fiscal audits with task delegation.
• Ensure timely delivery of late parts to production.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Record and return unused parts to inventory and analyze returns.
