Job summary

FECON, LLC in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking a Logistical Engineer to provide analytical support to the Production Planning and Procurement team, focusing on inventory planning, safety stock, and standardizing processes as the plant scales.

The role involves extending logistics standards to Plant 4, supporting interplant transfers, and building reporting tools (PowerBI) to monitor supplier inventory against planning parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical, data-driven and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend and adapt Plant 1 & 2 logistics standards to Plant 4 operations.
• Support interplant transfer processes and prioritization for production vs aftermarket demand.
• Define planning parameters (days on hand, safety stock) for purchased and made parts.
• Support ABC/XYZ analysis, safety stock optimization, and EOQ reviews.
• Build and maintain PowerBI reporting to track supplier inventory vs planning.
• Participate in Kaizen events and document standard work for new Plant 4 processes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
