Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle WMS and Tableau is preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate task distribution with Material Flow, Operations, and IC leadership.
• Train and guide material handlers across receiving, inventory control and data gathering.
• Monitor WMS data and transactions; generate reports to support decisions.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and inventory process compliance.
• Investigate variances, perform root-cause analysis, and document findings.
• Compile, verify, and report inventory metrics; support daily/weekly reporting.
• Oversee raw material documentation flow and inventory record integrity.
• Perform physical material-handling tasks; occasional forklift driving.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to safety standards.
