Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is able to read and interpret inventory reports, sales reports, and packing slips.
• Capable of using computer inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with corporate objectives.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory assets.
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count discrepancies.
• Update work order statuses to prevent billing delays.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts and transfers.
• Track parts ETA and dispatch coordination with Dispatch and Service.
• Coordinate processing of purchase requisitions and receiving reports.
• Perform periodic physical inventories to optimize investment in inventory.
• Communicate with vendors about merchandise and inquiries.
• Prepare reports using inventory systems and databases.
• Support forecasting by allocating parts and consumables.
• Input product descriptions accurately in the inventory system.
