You will lead teams during counts, implement new procedures, and collaborate with leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has prior inventory control experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead clerical staff in manufacturing or warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Previous clerical experience in a warehouse/transportation setting.
• Leadership capability.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately maintaining detailed records of inventory, including: physical inventory, orders, transfers and cycle counts
• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels
• Ability to critically think and research discrepancies, as it relates to inventory levels
• Reconcile quantity discrepancies between stock and record
• Develops, recommends, and implements new processes and procedures when necessary
• Works with warehouse leadership to ensure procedures are followed, as it relates to inventory used
• Lead teams to perform inventory counts and maintain accurate levels
• Assists with physical inventory
