Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead distribution center operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory with cycle counts and driving efficiency across the evening shift. You will coordinate workflows, resolve discrepancies, and oversee stock integrity using SAP and XPS systems.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as forklift operation and GMP/WHMIS familiarity to maintain a compliant and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of distribution center leadership experience.
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience in distribution center operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
• Forklift operation knowledge and safety awareness.
• GMP procedures familiarity and WHMIS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain Cycle Count Recertification.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage bin locations and stock integrity.
• Be able to work overtime to meet the daily/monthly deadlines.
• Coordinate daily workflow for evening shift.
• Use SAP system to process orders to the invoice stage and process packages through XPS shipping system.
• Back up to Warehouse Operations Manager for building maintenance duties.
• Assist with all aspects of the distribution center when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, free from materials that interfere with properly executing above duties and promotes efficient.
