Job summary

AROW Global Corp. seeks a Production Planning and Scheduling Supervisor in the Mosinee, WI area.

You will oversee the production planning and scheduling team, ensuring alignment of customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity with cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to maintain on-time delivery. You will monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement while coaching staff to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
5+ years in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Manufacturing and ERP/MRP experience required.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability and capacity.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand or capacity.
Identify scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks; collaborate with Manufacturing for solutions.
Ensure production orders and priorities are accurately maintained in the ERP/MRP system.
Communicate schedule changes to relevant departments.
Supervise, coach, and develop the planning and scheduling team.
Establish priorities and ensure planning activities are completed timely.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
