Copeland, based at the Forney Distribution Center, is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to drive inventory accuracy, lead frontline associates, and execute cycle counts, reconciliations and root-cause analysis with disciplined processes.

Based at our Forney Distribution Center, the Inventory Team Lead is responsible for leading the daily execution of inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy across the distribution center. This role provides day-to-day leadership for cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory process discipline while partnering closely with Operations, Materials, Customer Service, and Quality. The Inventory Team Lead serves as the frontline leader responsible for driving execution, coaching associates, and improving inventory integrity through disciplined processes and continuous improvement. This position operates under the general guidance of the Materials Manager.
This role is based on-site at the Forney Distribution Center. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support inventory activities, physical inventories, audits, and operational priorities outside of standard business hours.
