Job summary

Infinite Electronics International seeks an Inventory Lead to manage daily stock control, cycle counts, and material flow in our Albany, NY facility. You will supervise inventory staff and ensure accurate receiving, documentation, and reporting using WMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production planners, improving inventory accuracy, and maintaining safe, efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Associates degree preferred)
• Customer service experience
• 5+ years of experience in an Inventory position
• Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Put away incoming inventory accurately and efficiently to ensure work areas are clean and free of hazards
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure proper flow of materials
• Pick, allocate, and prepare sales orders, ensuring accuracy and correct sequence as directed by the Production Planner
• Maintain inventory print stations and equipment
• Monitors stock levels and updates inventory levels to management
• Ensures proper receiving, storage, and documentation of incoming materials and parts
• Direct inventory control personnel to ensure compliance to cycle counts and inventory procedures
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts by performing daily cycle counts of locations and parts; monitoring and maintaining data consistency between databases
• Maintain a safe work environment by working safely and following warehouse safety rules
• Effectively process inventory-related transactions
• Generate and maintain departmental reports as directed by the Supervisor
• Plan, prepare, and participate in yearly Inventory audits
