Deckers Brands in Mooresville, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to execute and drive the DC Inventory Control program, developing professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others to support smooth processes. You will help Fulfillment and other departments by resolving inventory or location issues so orders can be shipped on time.

The Role

Reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor and is responsible for executing and driving the DC Inventory Control program. Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times. Support the Inventory Control Supervisor and Manager, ensuring processes and procedures flow smoothly and efficiently. Provide support to Fulfillment and other departments by resolving inventory or location issues so that orders can be shipped on time. Ensure item set‑up is done in a timely manner and updated. Research, analyze, and resolve inventory issues brought to the IC area. Ensure receipts, orders, and returns under inventory control responsibility are completed daily. Support the Supervisor with month, quarter and year‑end activities. Plan and execute a variety of different projects as needed.

Salary

US – IN Mooresville Distribution Center, $24.13 - $27.16 per hour. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
