Job summary

MAT Holdings is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to review the Inventory Control policy, complete training, and adhere to published procedures. The IC Coordinator will complete assigned tasks accurately and with integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily cycle counts, reviewing results, and researching variances to maintain an accurate balance on hand. You will also manage bin replenishment to sustain outbound productivity and optimize pick paths.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good attention to detail.

Job Summary

Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for reviewing the Inventory Control policy, completing all training, and adhering to the published policy and related procedures. The IC Coordinator will complete assigned tasks accurately and with integrity.

• Coordinate daily cycle counts, review results, and research variances to maintain an accurate balance on hand.
• Coordinate the execution of bin replenishment to maintain outbound productivity by preventing picks from ALT locations. Identify and adjust Home Bins to create an efficient pick path.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and move inventory locations as required.
• Review and ensure product rotation to ensure inventory remains saleable.
• Perform stock checks as required by Customer Service, Accounting, or DC leadership.
• Break down and separate incoming customer returns and buybacks.Inspect, system-receipt, and put away returned inventory as directed.
• Research discrepancies and errors as directed to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to ensure inventory integrity.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and safety.
• Qualified to execute all essential job functions of inbound and outbound.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must have good attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree or continuing education preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience
• Inventory Control experience required
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
