Responsibilities

• Prepare job kits as required for production jobs according to documentation and procedures.
• Alert purchasing when shortages, overages, or discrepancies are detected in inventory counts.
• Compare received materials to orders and notify purchasing of discrepancies.
• Identify and store received materials in inventory per procedures.
• Maintain an updated computerized inventory of all parts received, picked, or returned.
• Notify management of product defects.
• Manage own workload for maximum efficiency.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
