Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math skills for inventory calculations and weight measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and work orders.
• Experience with basic inventory systems and kitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials using manual and powered equipment.
• Perform detailed counts, labeling, and stock checks to maintain accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment per work orders; assemble kits from BOMs.
• Complete paperwork for transfers, shipments, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate on process improvements as ERP implementation approaches.
• Maintain safety; keep warehouse tidy and hazard-free.
