Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Material Handler to support cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and material kitting for aerospace and defense applications. You will help maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials move smoothly through production cycles.

A High School Diploma is typical, with 0–1 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP familiarity are a plus in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting: perform accurate and timely cycle counts; investigate discrepancies with inventory control; maintain records and support audits.
• Shipping & Receiving: inspect, verify, and process incoming/outgoing shipments; update inventory systems; organize stockroom locations.
• Material Kitting and Handling: assemble material kits; label, store and transport materials per work orders; ensure safety and efficiency.
