Job summary

ZERO Manufacturing is hiring for a full-time role focused on inventory control and kit fulfillment. You will pull kits for production, pick and ship orders, and move parts safely within the facility while maintaining strict accuracy and traceability in our system.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with inventory management. You will perform cycle counts, expiration checks, and support cross-training to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and optimizing stock levels.
• Ability to track shelf-life and report expired items.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and records accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pull and complete kits for production areas, ready for use.
• Pull sales orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver parts within the facility, maintaining supply chain connectivity.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy.
• Perform monthly expiration checks to maintain quality and compliance.
• Create work orders for stock to keep production running smoothly.
• Receive work orders and maintain traceability in the system.
• Issue parts within the system to optimize inventory management.
• Safely operate a forklift for moving materials.
• Receive products into the system as part of the workflow.
• Organize and store parts, separating those for specific jobs.
• Add items to watch lists for critical monitoring.
• Cross-train as needed to support team success.
