Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Morgantown, WV to maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts and manage receiving, shipping, and returns. The role requires using the OMNI system, handling RF scanners, and collaborating with purchasing, AP, and customer service.

The position offers competitive pay of $19.80 per hour with an 8% shift differential, full benefits, and opportunities for growth across our global healthcare logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Check product locations in OMNI system.
• Verify receiving receipts from accounts payable.
• Perform cycle counts on RF units.
• Research inventory discrepancies and resolve them.
• Address customer service errors (pick errors, over ships).
• Conduct counts for customer shipments.
• Investigate accounts payable discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and rotate stock per policy.
• Count or verify freight for accuracy and damage.
• Process returns and perform related paperwork.
• Assemble, pack and ship returns; initiate debit memos.

Responsible for maintaining an accurate warehouse inventory count, researching receiving & shipping discrepancies, checking product recall and expired products, receiving customer returns and putting away of returns, proof of deliveries, manufacturer returns, unit of measure research, working directly with purchasing, accounts payable, customer service, accounts receivable, sales force and warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks location of products in OMNI system
• Verifies receiving receipts from accounts payable.
• Performs cycle counts on RF units.
• Researches inventory discrepancies & resolves.
• Researches customer service errors (pick errors, over ships, etc.)
• Performs customer service counts (customer shipments).
• Researches and corrects accounts payable discrepancies.
• Maintains accurate inventory locations and moves inventory locations as required. Conducts product rotation according to Company policies and procedures.
• Counts or verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
• Performs work on pick and put away discrepancies report.
• Researches unit of measure errors.
• Checks, receives, breaks down, and separates incoming customer returns and returns to inventory.
• Assembles, packs and ships manufacturer and/or vendor returns; initiates required debit memo.
