Job summary

Clarus is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Operator to blend forklift duties with administrative tasks for shipping, receiving and inventory control. You will maintain high efficiency and customer satisfaction by accurate cycle counts, proper documentation and safe forklift operation.

You will work with Purchasing, Inventory and Quality teams to support goals, prepare shipments, and help optimize warehouse space while ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in receiving, quality and shipping.
• Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Outlook and Excel - NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Prior Forklift experience - Forklift Certified is a plus.
• Ability to learn the rules and regulations of domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to put away incoming products accurately and timely.
• Unload precut glass racks using a forklift.
• Prepare and file Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, tax and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP data entry.
• Identify, label, organize, and manage inventory in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory and Quality teams to support goals.
• Maintain warehouse space efficiently for all on-site inventory.
• Develop and improve inventory control strategies to reduce costs and interruptions.
• Assist with reports in Excel and ERP wherever needed.
• Report issues to Manager and follow corrective actions.
