Job summary

DSV in Aurora, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to operate MHE, move and count inventory, and enter data for receipts and shipments.

As part of a global logistics team, you will help maintain accurate stock, support safety audits, and report progress to supervisors, with flexible shifts and opportunities for cross-training. The role requires a high school diploma, forklift training, and 6 months of logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Return material from customer to factory.
• Transfer material to appropriate area.
• Relocate material to maintain inventory range and locations.
• Safe use of all equipment.
• Report progress and issues to supervisor/management.
• Maintain records and reports for inventory control and security.
