Job summary

DSV is seeking a Forklift Operator in Aurora, IL to move, store, and ship merchandise, and to perform order filler and checker duties as needed. The operator is responsible for safe, efficient operation and accurate handling of products.

As part of the DSV team, you will unload inbound shipments, pick orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper documentation. A forklift certification and a high school diploma are required; shift is 4pm-12:30am; this is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; input data into WMS.
• Efficiently stack and store product in appropriate area; maintain an organized work area.
• Pull and prepare for shipment; ensure exact number and type of product is loaded.
• Keep accurate inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment; follow SOPs and company policies.
