Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control across production and off-site locations.

The role involves cycle counting, posting production in SAP, and coordinating with Quality and Material Management to disposition on-hold inventory. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Administration/CS/Accounting, experience with SAP, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting preferred.
Prior experience in Inventory Control (on-the-job training and experience may be substituted).
Prior experience using an ERP system preferably SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts before and after production runs.
Ensure accurate postings of daily production in SAP and close process orders timely.
Reconcile finished goods production with inventory in SAP.
Maintain filing of inventory documents (BOLs, cycle count adjustments, etc.).
Trend and monitor inventory accuracy and standard loss variances.
Complete reporting for co-pack customers (pay at production).
Track aging inventory using periodic data collection and reporting processes.
Weekly review of corporate Hold Log.
Process destruction requests and final disposition with suppliers.
Coordinate Year End Physical Inventory variance reconciliation.
