Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Missouri seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control, perform cycle counts, and support goods receipt and reconciliation in SAP. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

The position emphasizes timely postings, inventory adjustments, and coordination with quality and material management for disposition and compliance. On-site work with a collaborative team environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting.
• Experience in Inventory Control or similar role.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred and beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong numerical and data-accuracy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production runs and for items on the SAP schedule.
• Reconcile finished goods production with inventory in SAP and post daily production data.
• Maintain documentation for cycle counts, adjustments and loss tracking.
• Organize and file documents related to inventory, such as BOLs and vendor paperwork.
• Monitor inventory aging and coordinate year-end physical inventory processes.
• Collaborate with Quality and Material Management for disposition of on-hold inventory.
