Job summary

Radwell International in Willingboro, NJ is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory governance and optimization across North American stocking locations. You will drive policies, pricing, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve turns, on-hand inventory, and service levels.

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Inventory Management, you will partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Quality to standardize controls and manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory control, inventory planning, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles including safety stock, reorder points, ABC/XYZ segmentation, optimization, and record accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and SOPs.
• Standardize inventory management processes across distribution and stocking locations.
• Establish inventory segmentation strategies and service level targets.
• Manage safety stock, reorder points, replenishment parameters, and stocking strategies.
• Partner with Demand Planning to implement policies in planning systems.
• Support network inventory optimization and multi-echelon positioning.
• Monitor inventory turns, days on hand, value, and service levels.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for inventory performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Coordinate corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Lead identification and reporting of excess and obsolete inventory.
• Support inventory reserves and financial reporting with Finance.
• Implement strategies to maximize recovery value through liquidation or surplus channels.
• Identify root causes of obsolescence and drive improvements.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives by reducing inventory investment.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Quality.
