Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to oversee inventory processes, ensure timely receiving, and maintain accurate records across service centers.

You will monitor deliveries, verify invoices, input data, and collaborate with centers to resolve discrepancies, while ensuring open purchase orders are tracked and shipments documented. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required with strong attention to detail and analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, logistics, purchasing, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tire deliveries and ensure inventory is received accurately and on time.
• Review vendor invoices and compare against receiving records in EDGE
• Assist with Amazon processes and accurately enter required data into the system
• Partner with service centers to resolve missing receipts and inventory discrepancies
• Manage open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
• Verify vendor delivery information, including proof of delivery and shipment details
• Ensure inventory control procedures are followed consistently
