Job summary

Jayco is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst in Indiana to maintain the inventory status database and support production planning. You will ensure data accuracy through cycle counts, track material movements, and resolve inventory issues on the production line to help meet the master production schedule.

Responsibilities include leading quarterly cycle counts, auditing min/max systems, and coordinating with Materials Management to optimize storage and transfers across facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RV products and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of closed loop MRP system in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting and receiving.
• Ability to acquire an understanding of relational database & analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate database information using cycle counts and item masters.
• Perform analytical studies of inventory performance.
• Lead IRA reporting and distribute weekly IRA reports.
• Coordinate with Materials Management to plan materials (box quantity, sequencing, bin location).
• Serve as first contact for transfer requests and inventory issues.
• Maintain balance on hand records and record material movements.
• Plan and execute physical counts and data entry activities.
• Lead Quarterly Cycle Count Audits and min/max system implementation.
