Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy between our internal systems and physical stock.

The role collaborates across departments to identify issues and propose proactive solutions, working independently as well as with teams to uphold precise inventory levels. Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, researching discrepancies in the ERP, and safely operating warehouse equipment to support daily operations in Albany, GA.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forklift operation and safe material handling.
• Strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and investigate root causes.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory adjustments based on physical counts in the ERP system.
• Replenish pick bins using forklift and manage overstock.
• Identify damaged inventory and maintain accurate levels.
• Ensure items are returned to correct bin locations if mispicked.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist with repack and put-away of finished product.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
