Job summary

Encore is seeking an Inventory Control role based in Las Vegas to monitor and ensure accurate data entry and timely transaction completion in Helios IC, supporting the Fixed Assets department.

You will verify deliveries, troubleshoot inventory issues, and maintain the integrity of inventory systems while coordinating with warehouse and logistics managers. A strong level of computer skills (Excel/Word) and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control and accounting.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries and inventory with proper coding.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and resolve problems.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory systems and related transactions.
• Enter data and run daily reports for staff and management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics managers to stay aware of operations.
• Process cash reconciliations, oversee submissions, apply receipts, and enter adjustments.
• Perform general office and clerical tasks as required.
