Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory integrity within our Westlake warehouse. You'll handle inventory transactions in SAP, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting efficiency and accuracy across operations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay starting at $21.35 per hour. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, and requires a High School Diploma, basic

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to learn SAP and customer inventory management systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related tasks

Responsibilities

Execute inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within SAP
Research, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies
Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits
Reconcile system inventory to physical inventory
Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate variances
Maintain inventory-related records and documentation
Partner with operations team members to resolve inventory issues and support warehouse efficiency
Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and procedures
Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
