Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations in Westlake, LA. You will handle SAP-based transactions, discrepancy resolutions, cycle counts, audits, and ensure records match physical stock while upholding safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn SAP and customer inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within SAP.
• Research, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
• Reconcile system inventory to physical inventory.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate variances.
• Maintain inventory-related records and documentation.
• Partner with operations team members to resolve inventory issues and support warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and procedures.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
