Job summary

Baptist Health’s Jacksonville campus seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage daily Materials Management operations for the Surgical Services team. You will procure supplies, maintain warehousing, and ensure on-time delivery while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in OR materials management, a high school diploma (associates preferred), and strong Excel skills to support inventory accuracy and expiration management in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years operating room materials management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Materials Management operations in support of the Surgical Services department.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services using various methods.
• Warehouse management of supplies.
