Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control concepts within the produce industry.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel functions preferred.
• Accurate handling of highly detailed data and discrepancies.
• Self-motivated with strong organization in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; English/Spanish helpful.
• Collaborative and able to work with multiple departments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and reconcile inventory records per company standards.
• Monitor receipt, rotation, and movement of inventory and related work orders.
• Communicate with staff about shipments and verify quantity and condition.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies daily.
• Generate detailed reports aligning with standards.
• Coordinate with growers and departments to ensure timely transactions.
• Assist with setup of new item codes per inventory rules.
• Escalate issues to supervisor and resolve supply chain calls.
