Job summary

RiseMe in Germantown, WI is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm with weekend rotation). You will own inventory accuracy for ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, perform cycle counts, validate system-to-floor alignment, and coordinate transfers with operations and external partners.

The role supports FIFO/FEFO and FSQ compliance, investigates discrepancies, and collaborates across Production, FSQ, and Procurement to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to support warehouse and inventory functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Windows, Word, Excel) and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and accuracy of ingredient, packaging material, and/or finished goods inventory.
• Spend regular time in warehouse and production areas to validate physical inventory, support cycle counts, and ensure system-to-floor alignment.
• Coordinate material transfers with internal operations and external warehouse partners.
• Support FIFO / FEFO practices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with FSQ requirements.
• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity.
• Assist with fiscal year-end inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory errors and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain cross-functional partnerships with Production, FSQ, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Ross ERP, Savannah, TraceGains, and related systems.
• Complete daily production entries and/or batch issuing activities.
• Monitor, review, and close jobs within Ross ERP as required.
• Support loss, waste, and inventory variance analysis initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP/GFSI requirements.
• Act with honesty, accountability, and respect in every decision and interaction.
• Perform job responsibilities and other duties, as assigned, in full compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory. This role manages cycle counting, inventory reporting, and adjustments, while supporting FIFO/FEFO and FSQ compliance.
