Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. in Shannon, Mississippi is expanding and hiring for a warehouse inventory role to support our new distribution center. You will monitor inventory, maintain location data, and perform cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy.

The position requires certification to operate a Cherry Picker/OP and experience with RF scanners. The role emphasizes data accuracy, safety, and efficient resolution of discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• English communication required.
• Relevant warehouse experience (last 2 years).
• Experience with cycle counting/inventory.
• Certified to operate Cherry Picker/OP.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Computer literate with WMS experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them.
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged product.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function.
• Operate a Cherry Picker/OP; be computer literate with data accuracy.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations

• Must be computer literate
• Have strong verbal and written skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 2 years
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory
• Must be certified to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Recent Experience with RF scanners
• Must be computer literate and have experience in any WMS.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data
