Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving inventory; reconcile balances and replenish stock.
• Manage returned goods and monitor shortages to maintain proper levels.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with meds and supplies.
• Maintain dispensing and back stock refrigerators in good order.
• Provide pack materials to Operations Assistants and keep pack stations stocked.
• Identify and remove short-dated or expired inventory from active stock.
• File inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

Compensation

• This role pays $20.03/hr.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Valid state pharmacy technician or technician trainee license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software

Education

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.
